LAND ROVER TOOLING
Land Rover uses the TOPIx information system for factory service information. This includes diagnostic troubleshooting guides as well as technical specifications. Our tooling allows us to interact with LR vehicles and monitor the onboard systems so that we can verify the vehicle is operating as desired. If we notice any abnormalities, we can make the adjustments or repairs necessary to return the vehicle to "fresh-off-the-line" performance.
COMMON ISSUES
Land Rovers and Range Rovers are particularly susceptible to wear in the suspension. Known for their superior suspensions, Land Rover has often traded durability for quality and performance. Air struts are a common failure item and control arm bushings (especially the front lower rearward on some models) develop tears. Bushing failure is most noticeable when coming to a stop as the wheels will have a tendency to shudder. The good news is that many aftermarket products available for Rovers come with lifetime warranties.
