Honda uses the Honda Service Express or SIS for factory service information. This includes diagnostic troubleshooting guides as well as technical specifications. Our tooling allows us to interact with Honda vehicles and monitor the onboard systems so that we can verify the vehicle is operating as desired. If we notice any abnormalities, we can make the adjustments or repairs necessary to return the vehicle to "fresh-off-the-line" performance.
COMMON ISSUES
A common problem that Honda owners face are parasitic drains to their vehicle's electrical system. Parastic draws can come from anything as simple as a poor connection to as expensive as a computer module. Often, corrosion build-up is responsible for parasitic draws and requires thorough testing and cleaning. Another solution on some models is a software update that edits the logic of certain modules so they don't run as often when the car is turned off.
