I took my car for an oil change at discovery auto last week. I'm very particular when it comes to my car. I try an do most of my car work myself but didnt have the time to do an oil change which was way overdue. But I filled out a request online for an appointment with discovery and within 24 hours they called me to set up a time to bring my car in and got me in in just a few days which was great! Very friendly on the phone, answered any questions I had before I set the appointment in stone. When I arrived to get my oil changed I was a little early but it didnt seem to be a problem, the guy at the service desk was really cool he told me upfront that they offer a complimentary inspection of my vehicle ,which was completely ok with me. He was very respectful and very easy going. He finished explaining the break down of how they do the inspection and oil change and show me to the waiting area. The waiting area was very clean and allowed for multiple options of entertainment while waiting which was very nice! When my car was done which was not long at all, the same gentleman I talked to previously came up and explained how the oil change an inspection went. He was very respectful and very helpful in breaking down what they had found. He answered any questions I had and told me that if I needed anything else done to not hesitate to give them a call. They were a great shop. Very hassle free and very trusting. I wouldve given them 10 stars if I could. Definitely a hidden gem in windsor NY. I definitely encourage you to take your vehicle there for any of your mechanical needs you won't regret it.
